Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Service Agreements

When you bring your vehicle to Jaffrey Auto Services for repair:

• We will provide a written estimate before beginning any work
• You must approve the estimate before work commences
• Additional work requiring budget increase will require your approval
• Payment is due upon completion of service

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final prices may vary based on:

• Discovery of additional damage during inspection
• Parts availability and pricing changes
• Labor time variations based on vehicle condition

Warranty Policy

We provide warranty coverage on parts and labor as follows:

• Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Labor: 12 months from date of service
• Warranty claims require original repair order

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. After 60 days, we may exercise our lien rights on the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Jaffrey Auto Services is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear on customer vehicles
• Items left inside vehicles
• Damage from road conditions or accidents after service
