We stand behind our work with a comprehensive satisfaction guarantee. If you experience issues related to our repair work, we will address them promptly at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty terms provide peace of mind:
- Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Labor: 12 months from date of service
- Diagnostic Fees: Waived if work is performed at our facility
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:
- Overcharging or billing errors
- Services not rendered as agreed
- Parts that failed within warranty period
- Duplicate charges for the same service
Refund Process
To request a refund or discuss concerns:
- Contact us within 30 days of service completion
- Provide your repair order number
- Describe the issue you experienced
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
Payment Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear on customer vehicles
- Damage resulting from customer negligence
- Issues caused by third-party repairs
- Custom parts ordered specifically for your vehicle
