Warranty Coverage

Our warranty terms provide peace of mind:

  • Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Labor: 12 months from date of service
  • Diagnostic Fees: Waived if work is performed at our facility

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Overcharging or billing errors
  • Services not rendered as agreed
  • Parts that failed within warranty period
  • Duplicate charges for the same service

Refund Process

To request a refund or discuss concerns:

  • Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  • Provide your repair order number
  • Describe the issue you experienced
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review

Payment Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear on customer vehicles
  • Damage resulting from customer negligence
  • Issues caused by third-party repairs
  • Custom parts ordered specifically for your vehicle
